By car
Coming from Heilbronn:
Drive to junction Stuttgart Zuffenhausen, continue on B 10 in direction S-Zentrum/Esslingen to “Pragsattel”, further on B 27 (Heilbronner Straße and Theoder-Heuss-Straße) until “Rotebühlplatz” (nearly 4.5 km), then go right on Fritz-Elsaß-Straße in the direction Liederhalle/Kultur- and Kongreßzentrum, cross Schloßstraße, after nearly 450 m the entrance to our building is on the right side at Seidenstraße. The Institute of Biomedical Engineering is on floor 1.
Coming from München, Karlsruhe A 8:
Drive to junction Stuttgart Degerloch (SI-Center), continue on B 27, follow the major road to SI-Center, Degerloch, S-Zentrum, (neue Weinsteige, Hohenheimer Straße, Charlottenstraße) ca. 9.2 km, cross „Charlottenplatz“, in the following tunnel underneath “Schloßplatz” take the left lane, after the tunnel on Schloßstraße drive to the second intersection (with traffic light) then go right to Seidenstraße, after nearly 450 m the entrance to our building is on the right side at Seidenstraße. The Institute of Biomedical Engineering is on floor 1.
Coming from Singen A 81:
Drive to interchange Stuttgart, continue on A 8 in the direction of Munich to the junction Stuttgart Degerloch (SI-Center), further on B 27, follow the major road to SI-Center, Degerloch, S-Zentrum, (neue Weinsteige, Hohenheimer Straße, Charlottenstraße) ca. 9.2 km, cross “Charlottenplatz”, in the following tunnel underneath “Schloßplatz” take the left lane, after the tunnel on Schloßstraße drive to the second intersection (with traffic light) then go right to Seidenstraße, after nearly 450 m the entrance to our building is on the right side at Seidenstraße. By public transport
After arriving at Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof cross the station hall, leave through the exit on height of track 8 and buy a ticket for 1 zone at the bus station. Take the bus line 42 and drive to "Rosenbergstraße/Seidenstraße" (duration 4 min.). The Institute for Biomedical Engineering is at the intersection Rosenbergstraße/Seidenstraße diagonal across the bus station. The institute is on floor 1.

By plane
After arriving at Airport Stuttgart follow the signs to S-Bahn trainstation. Buy a (VVS-) ticket for three zones and drive to station “Stadtmitte” (duration: ca. 23 min). Take the stairs to exit “Fritz-Elsas-Straße” (opposite to the previous driving direction). Then take the light rail U4 “Hölderlinplatz” and drive to “Rosenberg-/Seidenstraße” (duration: ca. 4 min). The building which contains our institute is about 50 m away. The institute is on floor 1.
